We have now met with you, collected information, done research on your project specific technology or competitors if needed, and created a high level project draft.

What does this documentation look like? At this point in the project, there are usually no pretty charts and graphics, database structures, or site maps.

What there is, is pages of written information outlining the detailed function of the system, like a shopping list of features, with notes as to how to handle any technical elements that might be unique to your project. It outlines the suggested option on any features which could be handled in more than one way, in order to further the decision making process.

This verbal project outline is now emailed to the client for the purpose of discussion, in order to finalize decisions.
