website development sign off process

In order to make sure that our clients are comfortable with the process system development, we add a step beyond proper needs analysis, system documentation and revision. Our sign off process keeps our clients touch and in control of the development cycle.

Programming is broken down into 40 hour periods. A deposit of 50% (20 hours) is needed in order to begin the development time. Once the 40 hours are complete, the client is sent a sign off sheet, which lists all of the functions from the documentation that were planned to be completed in the time period.

Once all the modules have been inspected, any adjustments or corrections to the code in that section of the system have been completed, a deposit for the next 40 hours is due in order to continue.

This client sign off process allows the client the security of seeing at all times the progress being made with the programming of their custom system.
